 CTSK FLUSH TYPE WASHER

A countersunk finishing washer made from 18-8 stainless steel, designed to provide a flush, finished appearance when used with a countersunk screw, and offering good corrosion resistance due to its material composition for enhanced durability and corrosion resistance in assembly applications. 

Flat Washer

 A simple, circular disc with a hole in the center, designed to be placed under a bolt head or nut. Its main function is to distribute the clamping force of the fastener over a wider area, preventing damage to the material being fastened and ensuring a more secure connection. 

Thick washer,  extra-thick washer or heavy-duty washer

CTSK (Countersunk) Finish Washer

Split Washer

Also known as a spring lock washer, is a type of washer designed to create tension and prevent bolts and nuts from loosening. It's characterized by a break or split in its design, which allows it to exert a spring-like force when compressed. This force creates friction and helps maintain the clamping force of the bolt, preventing it from loosening due to vibration or other forces. 

Belleville Washer

also known as a disc spring or conical washer, is a spring that's shaped like a washer with a slight curve or cone. It's designed to apply a spring force when compressed, providing continuous tension on bolted connections, helping to maintain the tightness of fasteners, especially in environments with vibration or thermal expansion.

Fender Washer, Dock Washer

A type of flat washer with a larger outer diameter compared to its inner diameter. This wider outer diameter allows them to distribute load over a larger area, which is especially useful for thin or fragile materials like sheet metal. Fender washers are often used in automotive applications, particularly for securing parts to fenders, hence their name.  Dock washers are typically thicker than standard flat washers and are commonly used in docks, marine construction, and other applications where load distribution and reinforcement are needed. 

Phil Oval Washer

A type of fastener where a flat washer with an oval shape is combined with a Phillips head screw. The oval shape of the washer allows the screw head to sit flush with the surface, providing a clean and aesthetically pleasing finish. These are often used in applications where a smooth, countersunk appearance is desired.

Tab Washer

Designed to prevent nuts and bolts from loosening due to vibration or rotation. It achieves this by using a tab or tabs that bend against the bolted surface, creating a physical stop to resist movement. 

Square Plate Washer

They are manufactured to help strengthen and distribute the load at the critical connections. They are also designed to give greater surface than the standard cut washers.

Toothed Star Washer

Type of lock washer with teeth or serrations extending inward or outward. These teeth bite into the bearing surface to prevent loosening due to torque and vibration. They are particularly effective when used with soft materials like aluminum or plastic.
